2. Authenticity and Certificates

Artnorya is committed to providing clear and accurate information regarding the artworks offered through the website.

Each eligible artwork sold through Artnorya is accompanied by appropriate documentation or a Certificate of Authenticity ("COA"), as specified for the individual work.

Depending on the artwork, such documentation may be issued or supported by the artist, artist's studio, authorized representative, gallery, publisher, or Artnorya, as applicable.

Documentation may contain information including:

• Artwork title
• Year of creation
• Medium and materials
• Dimensions
• Edition information, where applicable
• Signature information, where applicable
• Relevant artwork identification or provenance information

The exact documentation supplied may vary depending on the nature, origin, edition, and history of the artwork.

Certificates, provenance documents, labels, edition information, and other authenticity materials supplied with an artwork form an important part of the work's documentation and should be retained by the purchaser.

3. Authorization to Present Artworks

Artworks displayed on Artnorya are presented with authorization or other lawful rights appropriate to their listing, promotion, exhibition, or sale.

Where copyright is owned by an artist or another rights holder, the presence of an artwork on Artnorya does not imply that copyright ownership has been transferred to Artnorya.

Artnorya's authorization to photograph, display, market, promote, or sell an artwork does not grant website visitors or purchasers any corresponding right to use those images or artworks.

4. Website Images

All artwork photographs, installation images, detail images, gallery images, graphics, product images, promotional materials, and other visual content displayed on artnorya.com are protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

Unless Artnorya expressly provides written permission, website images are provided solely for the purpose of viewing, evaluating, and purchasing artworks through Artnorya.

No artwork image displayed on Artnorya may be reproduced as a physical or digital product for sale without express written authorization from the applicable rights holder.

6. Social Media and Reposting

Artwork images from Artnorya may not be copied, downloaded, or reposted to social media platforms without permission.

Where Artnorya expressly authorizes social sharing, attribution requirements specified by Artnorya must be followed, including appropriate credit to the artist and Artnorya where required.

Tagging, crediting, or linking to Artnorya does not, by itself, create permission to reproduce copyrighted content.

If you wish to feature an Artnorya artwork in editorial, educational, curatorial, press, or other media content, please contact Artnorya before using the image.

7. AI Training, Dataset Use and Automated Extraction

Unless expressly authorized in writing, artwork images and other visual or textual materials from Artnorya may not be collected, scraped, extracted, copied, or incorporated into datasets for:

• Artificial intelligence training
• Machine learning
• Generative AI systems
• Image-generation models
• Model fine-tuning
• Computer vision datasets
• Commercial data aggregation
• Automated content databases
• Similar computational or commercial uses

No license is granted for the use of Artnorya content or represented artworks for the training, development, evaluation, or commercial operation of artificial intelligence or machine-learning systems.

8. Editorial and Educational Licensing

Museums, galleries, publishers, journalists, researchers, academic institutions, curators, and other organizations wishing to reproduce an artwork image for editorial, academic, educational, exhibition, or publication purposes should contact Artnorya in advance.

Permission is evaluated on a case-by-case basis and may also require authorization from the artist or other copyright holder.

Any permission granted for one specific use does not constitute permission for any other use.

9. Copyright Notice and Attribution

Where applicable, artwork credits may include information such as:

Removal, alteration, concealment, or manipulation of copyright notices, artist names, watermarks, metadata, credits, or other rights-management information associated with an artwork or image is prohibited where protected by applicable law.

10. Website Content

Unless otherwise indicated, the design, branding, written content, graphics, layouts, photographs, visual presentations, logos, and original materials created for the Artnorya website are owned by or lawfully licensed to Artnorya and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

No part of the website may be reproduced, copied, republished, distributed, commercially exploited, or used to create derivative commercial materials without authorization.

11. Artnorya Name and Branding

The Artnorya name, logo, visual identity, and associated branding may not be copied or used in a manner that falsely suggests sponsorship, affiliation, endorsement, authorization, or commercial association with Artnorya.

Nothing on this website grants any license to use the Artnorya name, logo, or brand identity except with prior written authorization.
